1415844879 2014-11-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On location to witness cementing of 9.625 conductor casing. Upon arrival, Monroe Drilling had run 107 of 9.625 conductor casing into 120 of 12 hole. Formation Cementing began pumping at 4:18 pm and good circulation was achieved at 4:24 pm. 50 sks of class A cement was pumped in and good cement returns were seen at the surface at 4:30 pm. The cement did not drop below surface level after pumping was stopped.
2033554458 2014-11-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On location at 2:30 pm to witness the cementing of 7 surface casing for this well. Upon arrival, Monroe Drilling was running the last few joints of surface casing into the hole. Formation Cementing was on location rigging up. Hole depth was 1632 and was drilled with an 8.75 bit. There was 1575 of 7 surface casing run into the hole. Formation Cementing began pumping at 5:15 pm and achieved good circulation at 5:35 pm. The hole was conditioned with 150 lbs of gel and cellophane flake as LCM. Good cement returns were seen 51 bbls into displacement at 6:02 pm. The wiper plug was landed at 6:08 pm and the casing was pressured up to 1050 psi and held for 5 minutes. There was no pressure bleed-off during this time frame, indicating a successful pressure test. 230 sks of 2% gel cement were used for this surface job.
