| The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check of the Elkrun-Wertz pad following certification.  At the time of inspection, correct identification was present at the well entrance.  The access road and well pad was composed of compacted crushed gravel and remained in good repair.  An earthen berm that was stable with well-established vegetation was present around the pad.  No signs of accelerated erosion or sedimentation were observed around the perimeter of the pad.  The gathering pipeline was present on the pad.  No other equipment was on location.
