When I arrived on location we had to shut the service rig crew down. They did not have the right pre-cast plug for the plugging job and they did not have there 8 tools to rip the pipe. They are going to get the right stuff and come back on Monday.

+ | | There is no change with the status of the well. There is a 10.75conductor and the 8.625casing is welded to it. There is a 4.5casing welded to the 8.625and a 4x2 reducer. There is a 2valve shut and well is still not capable of production. The line in various areas is dimantled. The tanks have been removed approximately 16 years ago. The well was never capable for domestic gas.

| The well has been plugged by Big Sky Energy. Upon taking equipment out of the location the land owner Dan Mercer called the County Highway Department which initiated the complaint of 4709. Big Sky was pulling a tractor and trailer loaded with pipe and tubing with a dozer and pushing with a dozer up the grade and on the road. The chip and seal was tore up leaving the section of road soft. The Highway department called me and they would fix the road and send the bill to the company. | | The well has been plugged by Big Sky Energy.
