| On 11/30/2017 I received notification from Eric byers with Byers Oil & Gas who indicated that crews installing a surface water line to the Gulfport Schumacher well pad had layed the line through the tank battery associated with the well and the line was laying against the tank and over top of the 3 diameter outlet valve, he also indicated that they had removed part of the earthen dike around the tank battery. Contact was made with Gulfports field representative and they responded and corrected the issue on that day. On this day I followed up with a field inspection to observe that the line had been removed and the earthen dike repaired. Contact was made with Gulfports field representative and they responded and corrected the issue on that day. On this day I followed up with a field inspection to observe that the line had been removed and the earthen dike repaired. The tank battery consists of 2 steel construction 100 barrel fluid capacity tanks situated inside an earthen dike with proper well identification posted. |
