+ | | On this day, I found the well equipped 9.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with the valve open, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing with the valve open. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with a gas engine, tubing, and rods. It will be noted that the unit was running during the inspection. There is (1) 210 barrel steel tank, (1) 100 barrel steel tank, drip tank, vertical separator, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current.

− | + | | On site inspection to witness the well plugging process with a service rig on the hole owned by Knox Energy and Cemenco Cement Service. The rig has pulled the production tubing and pumping rods out of the hole and inserted a 2.375upset 8 round thread tubing string into the well bore to a depth of 6,295. Circulation was established to surface with fresh water and 8 barrels of 6% gel was also pumped in front of the bottom hole cement plug. The cement plug consisted of 20.7 barrels of class H Neat cement with the cement weight verified at 16.4 pound per gallon by weight of scale. The cement yield was 1.06. The cement was pumped in (2) separate intervals split between the 1,341 of cement coverage on the bottom plug. The tubing was pulled up above the top of cement and the well bore reverse circulated for hole condition reasons. The tubing will be pulled out of the hole and the cement top tagged the next working day by the wireline contractors before logging and cutting the 4.5 diameter 11.6 pound per foot production casing.

+ | | On site inspection to witness the well plugging process with a service rig on the hole owned by Knox Energy along with Cemenco Cement Service and Appalachian Wire Line Service. Appalachian Wireline ran in the hole and tagged the top of the previous bottom hole plug set at 4,997 and bond logged the 4.5 diameter 11.6 pound per foot casing with a top of cement on the annular of the 4.5 marked at 4,720. The 4.5 diameter casing was shot off by the means of an electrical casing cutter at a depth of 4,650. Cemenco the circulated the hole with brine water before the rig installed a well control device on the 7 casing. On joint of the 4.5 casing was pulled out of the hole and a isolation plug set from 4,610 to 4,110. The plug volume was 20.7 barrels consisting of 110 sacks of class H Neat cement displaced with 48 barrels of fluid. Proceeding the rip plug the 4.5 casing was pulled up to 3,145 and a 40.6 barrel plug was set, the plug was set through the 4.5 diameter casing and split in (2) stages with the final plug top target point of 1,800. The plug consisted of 284 sacks of Class H Neat cement. Cement on all plugs was verified at 16.2 pound per gallon by weight of scale. Displacement was 38 barrels on the bottom half of the plug and 27 barrels of fresh water on the top half of the plug. The additional footage of cement set was by the direction of the Company.

− | + | | On this day I witnessed the final setting of the surface plug by Cemenco Services with a service rig on the hole owned by Knox Energy. A total of 90 sacks of cement was used in the setting of the surface plug from 385 to surface. The plug was set inside the 7 diameter intermediate casing the 4.5 diameter casing and the 4.5 casing was recovered from the well bore. The total 4.5 diameter casing recovered from the well was 3,145. There bottom of the 9.625 casing set as the surface pipe was behind the 7 casing. The annular space between the 7 and 9.625 casing string was monitored during the plugging process and the casing valve was open with no pressure indicated. After the well head assembly was cut of the plugging contractor confirmed no open annular space was present. The well plugging process was complete on this day.

0833917365 | 2018-03-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the well equipped 9.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with the valve open, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing with the valve open. |
1262092280 | 2009-12-28 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The day of inspection there was service rig on the well running rods and tubing. A pumpjack will then be placed on the well. There is also a 210bbl and a 100bbl tank. The id and dike are in place. |
1557422283 | 2019-05-09 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Status check inspection found a service rig on the hole owned by Knox Energy. The rig has pulled the pumping rods out of the hole and is pulling the tubing out of the hole. A wireline truck owned by VES is on location and is preparing to run a directional survey once the tubing is out of the hole. |
1557768968 | 2019-05-13 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the well plugging process with a service rig on the hole owned by Knox Energy and Cemenco Cement Service. |
1557851533 | 2019-05-14 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the well plugging process with a service rig on the hole owned by Knox Energy along with Cemenco Cement Service and Appalachian Wire Line Service. |
1558005638 | 2019-05-16 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | On this day I witnessed the final setting of the surface plug by Cemenco Services with a service rig on the hole owned by Knox Energy. |
