| 0263787959 | 2019-04-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 2 inch diameter tubing with a 2 inch diameter Tee and a 2 inch diameter gate valve that appeared to be open, there was a 2 inch diameter steel line attached to the well that appeared to be a sales line. There was also a drip attached to the steel line approximately 100 feet south of the well head that appeared to be providing domestic gas through a little Joe regulator and 1-inch diameter plastic line. I did not witness any production equipment at the time of my inspection. Identification was present on the well, and production has been reported as 0 since 2014. |

During my inspection while using global position system coordinates in RBDMS data base and ODNR issued global position system unit the well was not located. RBDMS record show that the well had been plugged in the year 1942. Miley Gas Company had reported zeros for production in the year 2016. A call was made to Miley Gas Company with no response. A follow up inspection will be completed. |
