| On the day of my inspection I witnessed Lightning Energy Services had drilled a 30-inch diameter hole to the depth of 120 feet. Lightning Energy ran 118 feet of 24-inch diameter 94 pound per foot Conductor Pipe, with 1 foot of stick up. C&J Energy Services was on location rigged up their cement lines pumped 2 barrels of fresh water and established circulation with 65.2 barrels, 305 sacks of class A cement with 2% Calcium Chloride and .25 pound per sack of poly flake with a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.20 cubic foot per sack. Cement weight was verified by mud scales, Cement was displaced to 108 feet with 57 barrels of fresh water, with 20 barrels of good cement to surface | | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Lightning Energy Services had drilled a 30-inch diameter hole to the depth of 120 feet. 0481347500 | 2019-03-10 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 531 on location along with Wyoming Casing and Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter well bore to a measured depth of 399 with the depth measured from a rig floor heigth of 26.8 above ground level elevation. The rig inserted 364 of 13.375 diameter J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a casing float shoe and collar ran along with 3 centralizers. Schlumberger cemented the casing by first pumping 20 barrels of 6% gel spacer followed by a 98 barrel cement mix consisting of 464 sacks of class A cement with a 1.18 yield and 1/8 pound per sack loss circulation material, the cement weight was 15.6 pound per gallon verified by weight of scale. The cement was displaced to the float collar with 49.9 barrels of fresh water. The final displacement pressure was 120 pounds and the casing was pressure tested to 840 pounds upon the landing of the plug. Cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the cellar. |
1552418933 | 2019-03-12 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the 1st intermediate casing string cement job found H&P Drilling rig 608 on location. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter 1st intermediate well bore to a measured depth of 2,744 and inserted 2,689 of 13.375 diameter J-55 grade buttress thread casing with the casing equipment including a casing shoe and float collar along with centralizers on every 3rd casing collar. The casing was cemented by Schlumberger using a 189 barrel cement mix consisting of 900 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale and a cement yield of 1.18. 20 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface during displacement with the casing pressure tested to 1,645 pounds upon the landing of the cement plug. |
