| I am on site today training with Mark Moreland and witnessed that there is a back hoe and front end loader skimming off the contaminated area. Pulled off 8 - 10 of rock and they are down to the compacted soil. Contaminated fluid is laying on top of the compacted soil. Met with Lisa Raffle Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Atlas Resources and Aaron Peterson Geo technician for Moody and Associates. One roll off box has been removed and with calculations one more will clean up contamination. Moody and Associates are taking samples and will forward results to our Cambridge Lab.

| I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 18 5/8 surface casing string. H & P rig 285  will run 350 ft of casing in a 22 inch hole drilled to 365 ft. After several hours of working casing up and down it was determined that the casing should be pulled out of the hole to condition the well. I did not witness the cementing on this inspection.

| I am on site again today to witness the running and cementing of the 18 5/8 surface casing string. The H & P rig # 285 could only get 306 ft of casing to go in the 22 inch hole. They have drilled to 365 ft  and had planned to set 350 ft of casing but were not able to get all of the casing in the well. The permit  requires 300 ft for a minimum. Nabors Cement Service is on site to cement the casing.
