| I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string. Nomac Drilling 290 drilled a 12-1/4 inch diameter hole to 2217 ft and set 2220 ft of casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service c/w 805 sacks of class A  15.5 lb cement with 1.2 yield. They had 25 bbl of cement returns.

| I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked.  The permitted wells are producing off of natural reservoir pressure. With the exception of permitted well no. 34067212030000, which is utilizing a plunger lift system to produce. RBDMS production records indicate that the well is in producing order.
