Permitted well number 3406721218000 is a reservoir pressure driven well. RBDMS production records indicate that the wells are in production. | ||

The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. Wells with permit numbers 34067212200000 and 34067211080000 are operated by a plunger lift system. Permitted well number 3406721218000 is a reservoir pressure driven well. RBDMS production records indicate that the wells are in production.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following: 7 400 bbl. Production tanks 3 Producing wells 3 Sand separators 1 Low pressure separator tower/Vapor recovery system unit. 1 Combustor 1 Gas compressor unit. 1 Horizontal heater-treater. There was approximately 4 to 5 inches of snow on location at the time of my inspection. The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A. |

Was advised at 6 am that they would be done cementing at 11 am. I found them on schedule and the casing would not make up and job ran over. |
