The sump is being pumped into a tank and is not leaving the pad. After looking at the pad I advised that a deeper sump be excavated and that they should begin to monitor the entire drilling system until a point of origin has been determined. I ask for the as built plans to discover where the French drains are located so that not only a point of origin is found but also discover how much of a spill has occurred. | ||
