| On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Ratholehad augured a 30 inch diameter hole to 98 feet. 99 feet of 24 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Petroset was onsite with 250 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18.  50% excess ran. Cement was displaced to 90 feet with 47 barrels of fresh water. 8 barrels of cement returned to surface but fell back to 20 feet.

0601941393 2019-04-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 584 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1521 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string to a depth of 245 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1524 feet of 13.3625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 46 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1245 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.22. 40% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 225 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 25 barrels of cement returned to surface and floats held with 1 barrel back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet.
