| This was a pre-transfer inspection for exempt domestic use. I was accompanied by the land owner Ernest Farkas. Mr. Farkas directed me to the well and during my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing and 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter swage nipple. A domestic gas line was attached with an open valve.  A compliance notice numbered 1300400582 that was issued to Citation Energy Company for nonproduction can be resolved due to the land owner producing the well for domestic use. A picture was taken of the well to assist this inspection.

1300400582 2011-03-17 Production Wells Violations Noted Upon receiving complaint from property owner of idle well on property, inspection revealed that well is shut in and no domestic hookup noted, last production reported on said well was back in 1988 well is equipped with 7 surface casing and 4.5 production casing set at unknown depth according to division records and production tank has no identification on it.

Plug or Produce well or file for temporary inactive status, if produced properly identify well I.D. with lease name and permit number and emergency contact information. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture.

1479354754 2011-06-17 Production Wells No Violations Inspection revealed that well is shut in at present time and after talking to well owner and he stating that he is applying for plug permit to plug said well.
1486064849 2015-02-04 Administrative Inspection No Violations At 9:13 AM, I received a telephone call from Jeff Caplin. Mr. Caplin stated that he could not reach the land owner after several attempts.
1975637859 2017-03-07 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations This was a pre-transfer inspection for exempt domestic use. I was accompanied by the land owner Ernest Farkas. Mr. Farkas directed me to the well and during my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing and 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter swage nipple. A domestic gas line was attached with an open valve. A compliance notice numbered 1300400582 that was issued to Citation Energy Company for nonproduction can be resolved due to the land owner producing the well for domestic use. A picture was taken of the well to assist this inspection.
