| The Orphan Well Section was on location to vault and vent the Hunter # 1 which was found to be leaking in 2012. Gonzoil Inc. was the contractor with Daley Excavating doing the dirt work. The 8.625 surface casing was exposed after the temporary PVC vent stack was removed. I observed gas migration in the casing which was visually equivalent to what I observed in 2012.

| On location today to acquire information for Orphan Well Program file.  12 photographs were collected and accurate GPS coordinates were taken.  Observed was a 4 inch diameter PVC pipe protruding approximately 10 feet in the air with a ventilated cap on top.  This was centralized within a clump of Zebra Grass located at the rear of address 3492 River Rock Drive in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.  There was no odor noted and no audible evidence of any kind.  This site is to be added to a current Vault and Vent schedule in the near future.
