| Uniontown office received a call from John Aughenbaugh of 3765 Granger Rd. Akron, Oh concerning the operation and servicing of the Aughenbaugh # 1 ( 34-153-2-2715 ) . The Landowner claimed that the pumper had not been there for " weeks". Upon my inspection I noticed tracks to the pump jack and new gas measurement chart. The Tank Battery consists of 2- 140 Bbl. Stock tanks, 35 Bbls. plastic Brine tank , verticle Separator and two Domestic gas meters. All equipment appeared leak-free and serviceable. The well consisted of a Pump jack and associated plumbing , all of which was leak-free and recently serviced. I spoke with Cal Marks and relayed Mr. Aughenbaugh concerns about lack of maintaince and the condition of the access road. Mr. Marks said he will repair the road weather allowing and that the " pumper" is there weekly. When I spoke with Mr. Aughenbaugh I told him that DOGRM does not any authority in work schedules. I also informed him that the equipment does not appear to pose a safety hazard at the time of my inspection. I asked the "pumper" to make locks are placed on the south facing gates and loadlines.
