+ | | This orphan well was inspected as a update for the I & O program. The I & O case number is 1997 05 022. The wellhead was found at the above referenced coordinates. A slight odor of natural gas was noticed from approximately 30 away. The wellhead is positioned in the valley of Grannys Run creek, a tributary to the Cuyahoga River. The wellhead exposed above ground consists of 8.25 surface casing, 7.0 intermediate casing, 7 X 5.5 tubing head ( with two 2 ports and flat plugs and 2.375 tubing . A 2 gate valve was positioned on top on the tubing and in the closed positioned. No visible contamination ( outside the gas odor ) was visible. There were three rusted metal 55 gallon drums scattered within a 25 radius. A pole ( 30 long ) used in the swabbing of the well was lying from the wellhead to the northeast. A flow line was found ( 41.25471, -81.58852 ) in Grannys Run creek leading to the south west and connecting with the Kapuscinski # 3 ( 34-153-6-0008 ). | ||
