The inspection was also delayed in order to provide more time for company to achieve compliance. The well was plugged and abandoned on 8/10/2009. On 6/14/2010, Chieftain Energy Contractor, Mr. Ron McBride was reminded, in the field at non-related well location, final restoration was due.
