I contacted Kilbarger pumper Larry Howdyshell, Larry informed me the two spots were from a gear box oil change and also from the engine failure. I instructed Larry to remove the refined oil from the two areas. Pictures were taken during my inspection. Kilbarger pumper Larry Howdyshell arrived on site at 1415 hours. Larry informed me Kilbarger would have a crew on site on 8.24.17 to remove the contamination. |
