This well used to have a pumping unit as evidenced by the ties, polish rod and control panel. The well owner and operator has reported 0 oil and gas production the last two years. The tank battery included 3-100 barrel steel tanks with a knockout. There is also no identification posted at the wellhead or the tank battery. The well is currently incapable of production. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Matthew Fulk at 5880 Memory Rd. Zanesville, Ohio 43701 within 30 days, per OAC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
