| On site for plugging of well. Operator Bob Harpster estimated the depth of the well at 1340 feet. The operator ordered 9 yards of 9 sack grout to fill the well casing. Grout was poured into the 6 inch casing as well as the annular space between the 6 inch and 12 inch casing. Cement filled to the top of both casings but settled 10 -20 feet by the time inspection was completed. Bob said he would let cement set up overnight and then check depth in morning and top off well with cement as needed.

0992465586 2006-09-13 Orphan No Violations Received phone call from Dave Barndt of Clearwater Drilling about abandoned wells on property that is proposed for develpoment. The wells are located at 6401 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio. The landowner, Noel Graham wants the wells plugged due to a proposed development project. Mr. Graham said he spoke to an ODNR inspector 5-10 years ago and had the wells submitted to the I&O program but has never been contacted about having the wells plugged. He has owned the property 38 years and has not produced the wells. Mr. Graham will pay to have the wells plugged. Clearwater is applying for the permits to plug the wells.

Two additional yards of 9 sack grout were ordered to complete plugging of the well. The well casing was filled to the surface and the well has been cut off below ground with ID plate attached to well according to Bob. There was no sign of the well during inspection and the site was covered with gravel. Bob is sending cement ticket to inspector.
