0311770317 2005-05-18 Orphan No Violations The abandoned well is located approximately 130 feet south of a drainage ditch. There was no sign of oil on the ground around the well. Refer to the I&O report for further details. It is possible that this well is 34-173-60058-0000 as show on the 3D topo map.
1169227334 2007-01-19 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I witnessed Bradner Oil Co set the bottom plug. 100 sacks of cement was pumped through 2 inch upset tubing. The tubing was run to a depth of 1,050 feet. There was good circulation and all fluid was circulated into a tank.
1169750128 2007-01-22 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Bottom cement plug pumped on 1/19/07 set at 466 feet. Four inch casing was removed and fresh water broke into well. Five yards of 9 sack grout were ordered and gravity fed into the well. Fluid in well was displaced to tank, but some fluid leaked on ground from annular space between 6 inch casing and conductor pipe. Cement filled 6 inch and annular space to surface but dropped approximately 20 feet before stabilizing. Well was topped off with cement later that day, casing cut off below surface and ID plate attached. Peat moss was spread to soak up oil/water spilled around well according to Bob Harpster.
1204018299 2007-04-04 Orphan No Violations Checked farm field for final restoration. All equipment removed and site graded. Well cut off and buried below ground. Final restoration acceptable.
