0339809074 2015-11-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A domestic gas line comes off of the wells 4.5 casing. The tank battery consists of a short, 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank battery. Identification signs are posted at the well and tank battery. Urban safety equipment is installed on the production tank. Locked, chain link fences with slats surround the well and tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
