| My inspection found  the well site to be in the construction process. There was a crew laying the plastic liner and rig mats down. The area was surrounded by a silt fence. The top soil was mounded in a couple locations around the site and the rest was seeded and mulched. The drainage ditch that was running down the lease road needed to have some rock dams installed. Talked to the site contruction manager and he said that he would install the rock dams. The lease road was in good repair and was constructed of lime stone.

| I witnessed Halliburton plug for Brammer Engineering.  Mercer Well Service Slick 550 rig ran 6,471' of 2.875 tubing to set Plug #1 from 5,800' to 6,471'.  Halliburton established circulation with fresh water, then pumped 110 sacks of Class A cement.  The operator displaced the cement with approximately 28 bbls of fresh water.  Next, the rig operator removed 63 joints of tubing.  The annulus was closed and Halliburton pressured up to squeeze the cement into the perforations.  The well was shut-in for 1 hour to allow the cement to set.  Halliburton established circulation to set Plug #2 from 4,175' to 4,511' to cover the Clinton Formation.  The operator pumped 36 sacks of Class A cement and displaced with 16 bbls of fresh water.  The rig operator removed 51 joints of tubing to set the Big Lime plug.  Halliburton established circulation with fresh water and pumped 32 sacks of Class A cement.  The operator displaced the cement with 13 bbls of fresh water.  Plug #3 set from 2,678' to 2,978'.

| I witnessed Halliburton set the final two plugs for Brammer Engineering.  Weatherford Well Service rigged up and ripped the 5.5 casing at 1,220'.  Mercer Well Service removed 28 joints of production casing.  Next, Weatherford attempted to run a mechanical bridge plug to 1,200', but was unable to get the plug past 700' because of buoyancy from the water.  After several attempts to set the bridge plug, the companyman and I decided not to use the plug and set a 400' surface casing plug.  Mercer Well Service ran tubing to 1,188' to set Plug #4.  Halliburton established circulation with 18 bbls of fresh water.  The operator pumped 141 sacks of Class A cement and displaced with approximately 3 bbls of fresh water.  Plug #4 was set from 778' to 1,178'.  The rig operator pulled 31 joints of tubing to set the final plug.  Halliburton established circulation with 5 bbls of fresh water.  Then, the operator pumped 110 sacks of Class A cement.  I witnessed approximately 8 bbls of good cement returned to surface.  The operator removed the final 6 joints of tubing and the cement was topped off at the surface.  Cement was static at surface after 20 minutes.

| On 2/28/2013, Inspector Kevin Perry and myself was on location and met with Kurt ( Brammers Engineering Personal ). He had some questions about what they need to due before drilling. I explained to him that they needed to post there permit  in there office where it would be visible and their address and phone number if needed for an emergency. Inspector Rick Skidmore will meet with them in a prespud meeting and inspect the location before drilling. There was a sign posted at the entrance with well name and number, company name. They were in the process of setting up the rig. There were no noted violations at this time.

1712591120 2013-03-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection found the HAD 105 Super Single rig drilling Hole #1. They were at a depth of 133 and drilling at a rate of 8 ft/hr. The permit was posted in the company mans trailer. Drainage was in place around the well pad to control run-off. Security was posted at the lease road entrance.
2128521928 2013-02-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection found the location is still under construction. The rock dams that were requested at the last visit were installed in the drainage ditch. Nothing else has changed from the last inspection.
2142293634 2013-02-28 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On 2/28/2013, Inspector Kevin Perry and myself was on location and met with Kurt ( Brammers Engineering Personal ). He had some questions about what they need to due before drilling. I explained to him that they needed to post there permit in there office where it would be visible and their address and phone number if needed for an emergency. Inspector Rick Skidmore will meet with them in a prespud meeting and inspect the location before drilling. There was a sign posted at the entrance with well name and number, company name. They were in the process of setting up the rig. There were no noted violations at this time.
