I gave him a list of other producers in the area so he could attempt to find a sales line for the gas in order to put the well into production. I discussed the timeframe with him. He stated he would get a written plan to me on his intentions with the well. |

The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Matthew Fulk at 5880 Memory Rd. Zanesville, Ohio 43701 within 30 days, per OAC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. I called and spoke with David Richmond at the Angus office and explained the violations that were issued. This call occurred around 2:30 pm. |
