| The standard derrick has been removed.  The pump jack is back together and the well was pumping at the time of the inspection.  The compliance notice of 4/3/2012 is satisfied.  There were no problems noted t the time of the inspection.

| Went to the location and saw what looked to be a stain in the limestone drive way starting at the stock tank for the above well.  The stain went down the drive approximately 50 in both wheel tracks.  The water was completely absorbed in the drive.  It did not appear to get off the drive.  The landowner came down to see what I was doing and said that this had happened before.  The salt drain is tied in to a plastic line that goes in to a horizontal tank but you could see there was  erosion of the earth between the tanks.  There were also several open containers with a little oil in them that will be on the ground after the containers fill up with rain water.  I contacted the operators wife and left a message and tried to contact the operator on his cell but got no answer and could not leave a message.  I called Don Ridgeway his pumper and told him about the situation and he will remove the open containers and be more careful when draining water to keep it out of the environment.

| This is a follow up inspection to compliance notice 1498759917 issued on 06/29/2017. The compliance has been resolved. The On the day of my inspection I found an 8 5/8 inch diameter casing, a 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 2 3/8 inch diameter tubing. The well is operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The production equipment is made up of two 100 bbl. steel tanks, a 75 bbl. steel tank. The tanks are properly identified.  The production reporting is up to date.

0866889500 2015-01-14 Production Wells No Violations The standard derrick has been removed. The pump jack is back together and the well was pumping at the time of the inspection. The compliance notice of 4/3/2012 is satisfied. There were no problems noted t the time of the inspection.
1498759917 2017-06-29 Production Wells Violations Noted Went to the location and saw what looked to be a stain in the limestone drive way starting at the stock tank for the above well. The stain went down the drive approximately 50 in both wheel tracks. The water was completely absorbed in the drive. It did not appear to get off the drive. The landowner came down to see what I was doing and said that this had happened before. The salt drain is tied in to a plastic line that goes in to a horizontal tank but you could see there was erosion of the earth between the tanks. There were also several open containers with a little oil in them that will be on the ground after the containers fill up with rain water. I contacted the operators wife and left a message and tried to contact the operator on his cell but got no answer and could not leave a message. I called Don Ridgeway his pumper and told him about the situation and he will remove the open containers and be more careful when draining water to keep it out of the environment.
1531921457 2018-07-18 Production Wells No Violations This is a follow up inspection to compliance notice 1498759917 issued on 06/29/2017. The compliance has been resolved. The On the day of my inspection I found an 8 5/8 inch diameter casing, a 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 2 3/8 inch diameter tubing. The well is operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The production equipment is made up of two 100 bbl. steel tanks, a 75 bbl. steel tank. The tanks are properly identified. The production reporting is up to date.
