| This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well site area is fenced in. The well appears to be free flowing without any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area and to sales. The production area contains the gas processing units and two 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks a contact tower and another gas processing unit that is with a fenced in area. Production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.

| On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a 4-string casing design with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 20 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing was not being monitored at the time of my inspection.  Production equipment included a Sand Trap, a line heater, and vertical fluid separator.  There are two 400-barrel production fluid tanks, a second line heater, fuel gas scrubber, charcoal filters, vertical 3 phase separator, coalescent filter, and horizontal separator shared with the other well on the pad.  There were multiple Emergency Shut Down devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.  No violations were found at the time of my inspection.

| On the day of my inspection the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appeared to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well was piped to a gas processing unit then to a production facility off to the side of the pad. The production facility was fenced in and contained two 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. The location that contained the well was separately fenced in as well. Production records within the RBDMS are current to 2017.

| On this day the well had all equipment to be considered capable of production. The tank battery included two 400 bbl oil storage tanks. There is chain linked fence present around the tanks and pad area.  The site was evaluated to confirm that proper vegetation and erosion controls had been established and maintained.  This site has passed the preliminary restoration.
