Otex cemented the casing back to surface using 310 sacks of class H (15.6 ppg; 1.2 yield). 50% excess was ran in the hole. Cement additives were 2% CaCl2 and .25#/sk celloflake. Good returns to surface.

Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 300 pounds per square inch.  Production equipment included a Sand Trap, and gas processing unit, there was also a dehydration system with 2 phase separator and glycol injection on location.  There are three 400-barrel production fluid tanks shared with all producing wells on the pad.  There were multiple Emergency Shut Down devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.  No violations were found at the time of my inspection.

Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 250 pounds on between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 50 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing .
