| Today I am onsite to plug the 20 inch conductor for this permit number. Doug Sechler from Chesapeake Energy is also on site for the job. Nicks Well Plugging, LLC is the plugging contractor. Cemex is the cement supplier. Nicks ran 2.375 inch pipe down the conductor and tagged cement at approximately 75 feet. They then pumped 127 sacks of class A, 15.6 pounds per gallon cement down the pipe 2.375 inch pipe until cement returned to surface. The conductor was cut off approximately 7 feet below ground surface and a steel plate was affixed to the conductor with the well identification information welded onto the surface. The cellar was then filled with pea gravel until level with the ground surface. | | Today I am onsite to plug the 20 inch conductor for this permit number. 0938775759 | 2017-06-13 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I am on site today to perform a final restoration inspection for this permit number. This well was plugged on 1/12/17. The cellar ring is still in place but has been filled to grade with gravel. The ring will be removed when the pad itself is reclaimed after the other wells have been plugged. The well is located on a pad with three other producing wells. No land reclamation will be required for this permit until all wells on the pad have been plugged and abandoned. The soil stockpile from the pad is still preserved for reclamation use. The final restoration for this permit number is now considered to be complete per ORC 1509.072(B). |
