| 0036026133 | 2018-03-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Ryan Armstrong, I witnessed the production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a 2 inch meter run with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing and 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing and a Baker pumping unit powered by electricity with valves in the open position on the 1 of 2 valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 in the open position on the casing. Identification was present and production records were current. |
