| On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1471 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1465 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with a 4 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 13 centralizers. Shoe track is 43 feet long. CJ/Otex was onsite with 1535 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake.  Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19.  40% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 216 barrels of fresh water. 35barrels of gel and 10 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement. 55 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.

0166966929 2019-03-12 Completion Testing No Violations The inspection revealed that the well is currently awaiting drill-out operations. The surface annulus pressure is at 0 psi and the intermediate annulus pressure is at 700 psi.
0328775064 2018-10-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Akita 803 (formerly Xtreme) drilling a 12.25 inch diameter hole on air. Current depth is 7540 feet. Estimated total depth of this section is around 8600 feet. Company man Matt Miller believes they should be cementing the two stage 9.625 inch diameter casing, l-80, 40#/ft on Sunday. Well bore is not making noticable quantities of gas or water.
0424182573 2018-08-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augered a 36 inch diameter hole to a depth of 102 feet. Well was spudded 8/8/18.
0427512320 2018-10-30 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Akita 803 (formerly Xtreme) drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8584 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1461 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 8583 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, l-80, 40 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized every joint. Shoe track is 88 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 534 sacks of class A lead cement and 742 class A tail cement. Lead cement weighed with mudscale at 13.5 ppg and yield of 1.67. 35 excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 645 barrels. 40 barrels of 13 ppg mudpush spacer pumped ahead of cement. Open DV tool and circulate. No barrels of spacer or cement to surface on first stage
0563230404 2019-01-29 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. Stage 33 was the last stage completed on this well. Plug was set at 18827, with bottom perfs at 18816 and top perfs at 18501. Intermediate annular pressure was 600.
0826695610 2019-01-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a Halliburton frac crew on lcoation, They are tied into all three wells of the pad (1, 3, and 5). Stage 18 on this well was just perforated. Plug was set at 21467, with bottom perfs at 21455 and top perfs at 21360. Stage design is 350000 lbs of sand. Intermediate annular pressure is 450.
1119819736 2019-01-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. Wireline set stage 22 plug at 20763, with bottom perfs at 20762 and top perfs at 20611. They are currently pumping an injection test on the 1H well. The design stage was 350000 lbs of sand but it sanded off after 223180 lbs of sand. Break down pressure was 8781 at 15 barrels per minute (BPM). Max rate was 78 bpm and max pressure was 12368. Average rate was 70 bpm and average pressure was 10095. They pumped 2500 gallons of 7.5% HCl on the frac. On the injection text they pumped 2000 gallons of 7.5% HCL. Intermediate annular pressure is 372.
1496064694 2019-02-13 Completion Testing No Violations The day of inspection revealed that Halliburton service company has fraced 66 stages and ran wireline to set 67 stage plug at 12,843 feet. The intermediate casing annulus pressure is at 700 psi and the surface annulus pressure is at 0 psi.
1535348690 2018-08-27 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1471 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet.
