| On the day of my inspection I witnessed the two stage intermediate casing cement job. Akita 802 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8850 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1640 feet. Wyoming casing ran 8853 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, hcl-80, 40 lbs/foot, with a 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 89 feet long. DV tool set at 4820 with packer at 4823 feet. Schlumberger was onsite with 508 sacks of class A lead cement and 772 sacks of class A tail cement for the first stage. Lead cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. Tail cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19.  20 excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 664 barrels of oil base mud. 40 barrels of 14.5 ppg spacer pumped ahead of cement. Plug landed and floats held. Packer was inflated and DV tool opened to pump second stage. Schlumberger pumped 40 barrels of 14.5 ppg spacer and 1570 sacks of class A tail cement. Tail cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19.  Cement displaced with 365 barrels of oil based mud. 30 excess ran in open hole. 110 barrels of cement returned to surface.

| On the day of my inspection  I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad.  During the inspection we witnessed  CWS 7009 snubbing unit onsite.  This well has not been opened up for drill out. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 250 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 3300 psi. Company Man John Riffle bled the annular pressure down to 2700 and starting getting fluid and stopepd (6/5/19). On 6/6/19, I spoke with Andy Ingram with Ascent and he said that they were going to run it through a manifold and bleed the pressure off after CWS finishes drill out on the 1H well. He estimated this to occur on saturday, 6/8/19. Andy said that the annular pressure remains at 2700 psi (6/6/19).

| On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Akita 802 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1640 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 314 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1643 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 14 centralizers. Shoe track is 42 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1216 sacks of class A surfaceset cement.  Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2.  30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 243 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel and 15 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement. 73 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 2 barrels back. Cement returns weighed 13.2 ppg with 40 barrels remaining in displacement.

1252418609 2019-06-05 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad.
