| On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 521 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet ground level. Wyoming Casing ran 511 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot, with 5 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 43 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 500 sacks of class H cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 16.8 ppg and yield of 1.1.  50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 72 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 14 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 16 ppg, and floats held with 1 barrel back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet.

1704199313 2019-03-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations PAD ADDRESS: 2455 Township road 218, Richmond. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express Energy attempt to top out this well. On 3/23 they pumped 214 sacks of cement and there were no returns to surface. Today they tagged cement at 70 feet and ran 1 inch diameter tubing to 70 feet. Express pumped an additional 176 sacks of top out cement. Cement returned to surface.
1737383772 2019-06-05 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accomapnied by Supervisor Eric Conrad. We witnessed a Profrac frac crew onsite pressure testing lines. No stages have been pumped on this pad yet. Toe sleeves on this well at 20681 feet. This well is slated for 76 frac stages. They will perform a formation injection test on the first stage of this well. Pad has four 350 barrel steel produced water tanks in their own containment on the northwest side of the pad. Tanks are temporary and will be removed after frac is completed. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 60 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 160 psi.
