| The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The production valves appeared to be in the open position. The production equipment consisted of two 100-barrel tanks, a 30-barrel poly tank, one vertical separator, and a sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, .1825-inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder. The sales line was plumbed into a pipeline labeled Dominion Gas and the valve was in the open position. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.

0265023126 2018-08-15 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The production valves appeared to be in the open position. The production equipment consisted of two 100-barrel tanks, a 30-barrel poly tank, one vertical separator, and a sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, .1825-inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder. The sales line was plumbed into a pipeline labeled Dominion Gas and the valve was in the open position. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
