A pressure gauge was present on the production tubing and the production casing. The 9.625-inch diameter intermediate and the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing was equipped with a pressure relief valve but did not have the pressure gauge to monitor annular pressures as stated in OAC 1501:9-1--barrel tanks.

Production equipment included a sand trap and a GP unit with a 4 inch salesmeter with a 1.5 inch orifice and a chart recorder also present 6-400bbl brine tanks, 2-400bbl condensate tanks, an oil stabilizer unit, a vertical separator and a vapor recovery system all within containment and shared with the 1H, 2H, 4H and 5H. Identification was present and production records were current.
