1357666832 2013-01-08 Production Wells Violations Noted Received a call from Gary VanDyke (tender) regarding a tank which ran over due to the recent snow and cold weather. One half of the storage tank is stained with oil as well as the ladder and there is staining on the ground around the tank. All oil is contained within the dike. Initial clean-up included removing pooled oil from the dike. Mr. Vandyke plans to clean the tank and ladder with solvent and use peat sorb with in the dike. Status: will continue to monitor.
