I went out and operator already had it cleaned up - mostly fresh water he says, but has everything in back of his truck. Landowner ordered rig off location, says he has turned it over to lawyer and wont let operator work on well. He had asked me to write up well as being in violation because he wanted them to work on it, now says just wants it plugged. Says the lawyer will order them (Valentine Oil) to plug it. This is a legal matter but I am resolving NOV as nothing else can be done on it.

He and Paul got into one evening, says they have not produced in 2.5 years and wants something done. Talked to Paul and he was on his way there that afternoon to pump. Told landowner and he says wells cant be pumped - need worked on and that Paul has no lease. I told him that was a legal matter - I couldnt help with and to talk to lawyer. Paul has vowed to pump wells faithfully every week. Landowner has agreed to give him a little longer to produce. Will continue to monitor.

This operator is working hard this summer to get idle wells going, good hike to tank at end of day, didnt go on up to well - another way up will try another day
2045966859 2008-05-01 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspection this day due to landowner complaint - says well hasnt had revenue off wells in 9 years - Paul went in a few years ago and fixed wells up - pumped for awhile and then never came back -- I am ressolving this today as landowner wont let operator up to work on wells - says he has contacted lawyer and a legal matter now. Says he is going to make operator plug wells.
