At time of inspection, steel plates covering cellars. Spud date for 5E was 9/13/2011. Drill deeper issued for 5E on 8/2/2013. Drill deepers also recently issued for wells 5B, 5C, 5D, 5F, 5G. 5A plugged on 8/28/2013.

According to Operator, drilling operations to resume on 5D and 5C within next two weeks.

Access road and well pad both adequately rocked, stable. Perimeters of pad and access road adequately vegetated. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed.

Department recommends Operator continue to monitor and maintain access road and well site as necessary.
