According to Chief, roughly 500 ft above Marcellus, Chief will fill hole up to that point with cement and set a kicker. Pit aligned with 20 mil plastic and no free board issues.

Site had previously been reseeded and mulched, but operator should continue to monitor site/access to prevent the potential for accelerated erosion or sedimentation concerns due to recent thaws and increased traffic.
