A June 21, 2010 inspection (1906058) resulted in a violation of 25 PA Code ᄃ78.65(2) - Failure to restore the site within 30 days of permit expiration when it was determined the well was not drilled with due diligence and a violation of 25 PA Code ᄃ78.56(a)(3) ヨ Pits and tanks shall be designed, constructed and maintained to be structurally sound and reasonably protected from unauthorized acts of third parties.During the March 7, 2012 (2048882) inspection no site identification sign, no drilling permit and no well tag were observed at the site. The Erosion Control Plan at the site is incomplete. The plan is illegible and there were no records on site documenting the maintenance program of BMPs and the inspection of BMPs on a weekly basis and after each storm event. Today's inspection showed nothing has been done so far to correct these violations. No new violations were cited during this inpsect
