2030325 2011-12-29 No Violations Noted On December 29, 2011, I stopped at Atlas﾿ Brunazzi/Sofran #4 well in Deemston Borough, Washington County; no one else was on-site.

The E&S Plan was in a tube beneath the Pad Sign out by the main road. The sign itself had the well name on it but did not contain the permit number.

This site has not been developed. There are survey markers in the field, but I am unsure if they are for this or another project.

I found no problems.
