| At the time of inspection the well was drilled and equipped for production.  The associated brine tanks and well apparatus appear to be in sound condition.  The well pad and access road appear to be in sound condition with no observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation. The well pad areas appears to meet the 70% uniform vegetative criteria need for restoration.  The site is restored and the Department suggest the Operator remove any temporary perimeter E&S controls that may still be located onsite.  The Department notes that at the time of inspection the Department could not read the well tag.  The Department suggest the Operator install a legible well tag as soon as possible.  The Department also notes what appears to be an unrestored rock borrow pit located just off the well pad and access road at the following coordinates 40 55 22.9N, 79 35 12.6W.  The Department suggest the Operator regrade, seed and mulch the rock borrow pit as soon as possible.
