| Today's inspection was the result of a complaint called in from an unknown caller on 2/15/2011. Upon arriving at the site i found a small amount of brine/oil spray had apparently leaked from the dump line coming from the green stock tank to the overflow white plastic tank. The spray product was only on the surface of the snow, indicating the spraying took place for short period of time. Perhaps the system is on a timer that shut off the flow.  Looking in the dike are I found no evidence of product. I did take photo's of  the location. These photos on on my laptop under Bethesda # 5. I called D&L rep, Mike McKenize and told him about the sitiuation. Mike said he would have a well tender go out right away and call me after repairing the leak. No violation. 6" of snow on ground.

| Today's inspection was conducted in follow up to a complaint received 2/15/11, and my  2/16/2011 on-site  inspection,  to determine, (after the snow melt) if the small oil leak/spray  reached outside the diking, and if any residual remains on-site. Upon inspection I found  a producing well, with the annulus open.  The stock tank and heater/dryer are both inside the diking. The oil leak has been repaired. I found no sign of oil residual outside the dike, and only a slight residual on the ground near the stock discharge inside the dike.  As a result of this inspection, I will close the complaint.
