| This was an inspection for Columbus in regards to domestic well status. The well is currently being used for domestic gas and is equipped with a pumpjack. There are three 100bbl tanks in the dike. One tank has a 2 plastic line hooked to the nipple with an open valve. That line is tied into a 1 plastic line on the side of the dike with a closed valve. The 1 line has an open rust steel pipe on the end and is laying on the graveled area adjacent to the outbuilding/garage. There is a large scald area approximately 15x30' leading from the pipe opening with a scald trail heading down slope on the other side of the fence. I called and talked to Brad Harden and he stated they had a spill when they were replacing the tank. He will clean up and restore area. He plans on running the gas from his wells to a compressor in order to fuel his vehicles. There was a compressor on site which he plans on using once everything is in order. He wants to take me to each well for inspection to make sure there are no issues. Operator must properly disconnect line and properly dispose brine. Operator must clean up all contamination and restore vegetative growth.

| Compliance Action Follow-up 1389628493: Brad has not yet completely cleaned up the scald area. I talked to him today and he explained that he was waiting for the ground to dry. Once it is dry, he will begin construction on a loading pad for his natural gas compressor station for his vehicles.

| Compliance Action Follow-up 1389628493: Brad has removed the 1" line and place bull plugs at the ends of the 2" lines. There is too much ice on the scald area and he will had to address the restoration issue this spring. I will return to follow-up on the restoration cleanup at that time.
