| On 7/2/2012, I conductd a production well inspection status check requested by Rick Isle, a landman for British Petroleum (BP).  My inspection found no well or production equipment. I reviewed our database, but could not find any plugging or Final Restoration information.  I called David Waldron & Associates and found out the well was owned by the late David Waldron, whose estate was being handled by Attorney Bill Ross.  I called the attorney and left a message requesting information on the well.

| On 8/16/2012, I conducted an inspection this well for British Petroleum.  My inspection found the 4.5" production casing reduced to 2" and capped.  I spoke with the previous well tender for Waldron and Associates (330-697-7117) and he stated that the tubing had been removed.  He was going to talk with his supervisors to find out if the well belonged to Waldron and Associates or David Waldron.  I am issuing a request to plug or produce.  All production equipment has been removed, so I do not recommend temporary inactive status.
