| Whipstock Drilling encountered the top of the Big Lime at 2392' while drilling with air. At a depth of 2657' they had a show of water from the Oriskany which caused them to start soaping. At 2892' the water volume forced a conversion to fluid drilling before brine started flowing to surface. The weight of the brine was measured at 9.2 ppg. Whipstock mixed a pill of gel and cottonseed hulls in an attempt to control brine flow and loss. The pill was unsuccessful and Dominion decided to pump a cement plug to shut off the zone. Petroset mixed and pumped a 300 sack plug of Class A cement without circulating during the job. The plug was down at 06:15 am on 9/18. Whipstock waited 24 hours before going back to drilling.

| I was on location to conduct a status check of this well.  The well is of plunger lift construction.  The tank battery consists of two 140 BBL production tanks, a mechanical separator and a 1500 gallon poly brine tank.  The valves at the wellhead were open.  The low pressure relief valve, spark arrestor and charcoal filter were installed on one of the 140 BBL production tanks.  The tank battery was diked.  The fencing around the wellhead and tank battery is an 8 foot high chain link fence and topped with three strands of barbed wire.  The man doors to the tank battery and well were locked.  The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign.  The lease road is stable and drivable.  No violations found.

| After waiting 12 hours for the 7" cement, Appalachian Well Surveys ran a cement bond log. The logging tool set down at 3233' and found the top of cement on the backside of the 7" casing at 2998'. This placed the top of the cement near the base of the loss circulation zone. In order to place cement above this zone, Appalachian perforated the 7" with 8 shots from 2530 to 2532. Petroset mixed and displaced 150 sacks of Class A cement with 3% calcium chloride. The plug was down at 12:50 am on 9/24 and the well was shut in for 8 hours.

| After waiting on cement spotted on 9/18, Whipstock ran the 7-7/8" drillstring back into the hole. They did not encounter any of the cement but there was a diminution in the flow volume. Dominion decided to place a second cement plug across the same interval. On 9/19, Petroset pumped another 300 sack plug of Class A cement this time with 2% calcium chloride added. Circulation was maintained throughout the cement mixing and displacement. The plug down was at 14:40 on 9/19.

1093192274 2009-09-11 The drilling location and the lease road have been built. The rig is scheduled to move on location on 9/14.
-1187439220 2009-09-09 Daily Excavating was on site to start building the lease road and the location. No violations at this time.
1254183271 2009-09-18 Whipstock Drilling encountered the top of the Big Lime at 2392' while drilling with air.
1293778904 2014-12-26 I was on location to conduct a status check of this well.
-1475456531 2009-09-21 After waiting on the second cement plug, Whipstock ran the 7-7/8 drillstring back in the hole and tagged the cement at 1953'. For the next 24 hours, Whipstock drilled cement back to a depth of 2892'. Whipstock continued drilling the Salina to a depth of 2975' where circulation was lost again. Dominion decided to continue drilling without circulation through the salt intervals before setting an intermediate string of 7 casing. Fluid loss to this point totaled nearly 4000 bbl.
-1491836148 2009-09-14 Whipstock Drilling has spudded the well and is drilling conductor hole. Surface casing should be ready to cement in the morning. The working pit has been dug and lined. The blow pit will be dug in the morning.
1656125621 2010-06-23 Preliminary restoration is approved.
1672153618 2009-09-28 Whipstock Drilling has reached TD and is starting to lay down drill pipe. The intermediate casing job has apparently been successful in containing the water flow from the Salina Group.
1767022051 2009-09-23 After waiting 12 hours for the 7 cement, Appalachian Well Surveys ran a cement bond log. The logging tool set down at 3233' and found the top of cement on the backside of the 7 casing at 2998'. This placed the top of the cement near the base of the loss circulation zone. 2079933940 2009-11-24 The well is in production and the required fences and identification are posted. The affected areas have been graded, seeded and mulched. Preliminary restoration will be approved as soon as the vegetation has established.
39802026 2009-09-22 Whipstock continued to drill the Salina without establishing circulation. TD of 3356 was reached and Whipstock laid down the drillstring in order to run the 7 casing.
570623632 2009-10-01 Whipstock Drilling has moved off the location and the drilling pits are being pumped down. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition.
-784993064 2009-09-17 Whipstock first encountered water at 2657' in the Oriskany. The water volume was contolled with the addition of soap. Additional water was reported at 2892' which forced Whipstock to convert from air to fluid drilling.
796735971 2009-10-07 Daily Excavating and ChemTech are on site to solidify the drilling pits.
