| I arrived today to witness them shoot off the 1-1/2 inch diameter tubing. Appalachian Well service shot off the tubing at 5640 ft. and Nicks Well Plugging pumped 25 sacks of class A cement from 5640 ft. to 5440 ft. .Nicks Well pulled up above 4800 ft. so that Appalachian Well service could shoot the 4-1/12  inch diameter casing with 10 shots spread out over 10 ft. The shot could not get out the bottom of the tubing and after trying to drop through it was decided that the tubing would need to come out. The tubing was tripped out and because it was not in great shape another string will need to be delivered. Appalachian Well then went back down inside the 4-1/2 inch casing and shot the casing at 4800 ft. with 10 shots spread over 10 ft. Tubing will not be on site until morning so the plugging operation is shut down until the tubing can arrive.

| I am on site today to see if Nicks Well Plugging Service can rip the 4-1/2 inch diameter casing. H2S gas has rotted the top of the casing off at the well head.  It may be apart down the hole in more than one area. They are trying to rip the casing without picking up to pull stretch due to the lack of integrity. After they get the casing ripped they will pull it all out of the hole and go back in with 2-3/8 inch diameter tubing. The remaining plugs will be set using tubing.
