| I inspected this well at the request of the landowner, Mr. Bob Welling.  He told me on the phone that he wanted the well plugged because it is not producing enough oil and gas to be profitable anymore.  A check of production in RBDMS showed that the well had produced more than the 100 MCF required by law to be considered a producing well.  My inspection found that the tank battery was being utilized by two other wells (PNs 1208 & 3528).  The tank battery was diked and contained 2-210 barrel and 1-100 barrel tanks and a brine vault.  There were 3 mechanical separators and the proper ID was posted on each tank.  This well was operating on a pumping unit and was being produced into the 210 barrel stock tank and brine vault.  I found no violations and will inform Mr. Welling of my findings.

1519198743 2012-10-09 I inspected this well at the request of the landowner, Mr.
