| An inspection of the Final Restoration revealed compliance with Ohio Revised Code 1509.072.  The well site was situated on a location designated as agricultural field.  An interview conducted with the landowner, Mr. Tim Sautter, at his residence confirmed that he was satisfied with the restoration of the property to include wells located within field crop.

The contractor was authorized by Orphan Well Director Eugene Chini to commence with fishing activities at 9:00 am and fishing started at 10:30 am. At 11:30 am the tubing was speared, brought to the surface, and set in the slips for one hour of additional fishing. All rods and tubing were removed from the well on 4-19-13.
