Coshocton Pipe lay down tubing and attempt to back off 7 casing at 886'. Unable to back off, shut down for the day.

Mr. Kenny Smith cut off swedge and Appalachian ran in hole and perforated the 7 casing at 700' with 4 shots. 2:30pm Formation Cementing hooked up and broke circulation and displaced (bullhead) 92 sacks class A to squeeze cement plug at oil show at 650'(Big Lime). 3:00pm Coshocton Pipe run in hole with tubing for top of surface casing plug. Formation Cementing hooked up and displaced 62 sacks Class A cement from 200 foot to surface which held. Plugging operation co-witnessed by Houghton Investment representative Mr. Bob Atha. **The Howell-Meimer Unit #1 (#4258) is officially plugged and abandoned.
