| Talked with Mike Brown this day - he is ready to plug well, is sending in plugging application today.  Wanted advice on when, how to plug and what rigs available.  Told him he could use the Hole-Plug in sacks, hole had to be dry before he started and could use the tank on location for fresh water or to swab hole off.  Told him he could also use a grout truck.  Told him of several rigs that could help him.

| I have inspected this well before, but called it 20873 because of where it plotted on map.  Tank, well and meter have been recently painted, still no ID's (after I wrote needed ID's on tank), no dike.  Well appears capable of producing, but I don't have access to valves - they are enclosed in a case.  Talked to Mike and he verified that well WAS NOT PRODUCING.  He will get ID's up.  He has not produed it since car wreck and doesn't want to.  He said well was only 30' deep, pump has 6" stroke, he says.  I gave him choice of plugging or producing and to decide in next couple weeks.  He is going to talk to church to see if they want it, will get ID's up and build dike if keeping.  He really wants to plug it and I told him to get with his "oilfield friends" and told him the procedure, paperwork, etc.  He was very cooperative and said he would get back to me in couple weeks.  I will call him if don't here from him.
